You will educate on product usage, leverage promotions, and engage customers in the beauty zone. The role includes maintaining displays, participating in training, and potentially performing ear piercing where certified.

Qualifications

• Sales oriented with strong product knowledge and customer focus.
• Ability to leverage sales data and brand knowledge to meet goals.
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to perform ear-piercing (training provided).
• In some stores, bilingual English/Spanish communication is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable sales service in the beauty zone.
• Upsell and build personalized baskets for customers.
• Explain product usage and benefits, educate on promotions and events.
• Maintain displays, end caps, and promotional materials.
• Adhere to hygiene, tester sanitation, and waste disposal policies.
• Attend onboarding and ongoing product training to stay current.
