Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant to act as the primary beauty advisor in the store's beauty zone. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, help customers select products, and build personalized beauty baskets based on individual needs.

You will also educate customers on proper product usage, promote CVS Beauty Club programs, and maintain creating displays while ensuring hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented and able to meet sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible retail hours including peak periods.
• Willingness to perform ear-piercing services with training provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred in some CVS stores.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty service to customers in-store.
• Educate customers on product usage and benefits; upsell and build a robust basket.
• Create and maintain attractive product displays and promotional materials.
• Participate in CVS Beauty Club programs and in-store events.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the beauty zone.
• Complete onboarding and ongoing training to improve selling skills.
