Job summary

LoveShackFancy is seeking a Sales & Planning Manager to own all beauty sales and inventory planning for DTC and wholesale. You will build sell-through forecasts, the wholesale sell-in plan and inventory plans, turning numbers into clear headlines and actions.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, Product Development and Brand & Trade Marketing in a lean, growing team to drive efficiency and clear decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in prestige beauty sales planning and forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel and planning tools.
• Ability to distill data into clear headlines.

Responsibilities

• Build sales reporting for DTC and retail accounts.
• Forecast demand by account and channel.
• Plan replenishment and inventory.
• Manage wholesale sell-in plans and margins.
• Be the first contact for retailers.
• Oversee outbound shipments and EDI issues.
• Support annual planning and negotiations.
