Job summary

LoveShackFancy is seeking a Merchandise Analyst to support the Planning department in allocation, inventory management, and assortment strategy across stores, eComm, and outlets. You will drive promotions, markdowns, and reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams on special projects.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in luxury/retail, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional experience, luxury and/or retail preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint for reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage replenishment for DTC stores, eComm, and Outlet with allocation strategies.
• Analyze SKU and program productivity to hit sell-thru and stock targets.
• Maintain Key Items ladders for heritage replenishment and size needs.
• Run weekly sales recaps and create business overview decks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects.
