Job summary

True Will, LLC is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to represent our brand and develop sales teams focused on increasing profits and customer satisfaction. You will participate in a comprehensive training program to advance toward management roles, with emphasis on coaching, goal setting and performance-driven rewards.

Ideal candidates have prior sales and management experience, a robust work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of management experience.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meets sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Schedules and assigns employees to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Monitors expenses to achieve financial objectives and maintain profitability.
• Establishes rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Resolves customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
