As a Regular, full-time teammate, you’ll oversee daily operations, nurture inclusivity, and ensure policies create a safe, welcoming shopping environment while delivering consistent results during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
