Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Sales and Service Leader in El Paso to drive store performance through coaching, client engagement and product expertise. You will lead a team, model exceptional service, and coach for growth while delivering a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience.

You’ll partner with store operations to maintain standards, manage inventory and execute in-store initiatives. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
