Sephora Fort Worth – Presidio Towne Crossing is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to coach and inspire a team, deliver exceptional client service, and drive sales goals. You’ll lead by example, share product knowledge, and create a welcoming, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve sales goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
