Job summary

Milk Makeup is seeking a Sales & Education Executive to lead in-store Sephora and Ulta sales across the assigned territory, delivering high-touch client service and on-brand education. You will train and motivate store teams, plan events, and collaborate with regional leadership to achieve strong retail results while upholding MILK Makeup standards.

Qualifications

Two+ years of experience in field sales, leadership or training within retail cosmetics (Sephora/Ulta preferred).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to travel and carry physical loads as needed; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Drive sales across the designated territory to exceed budget through selling, events, education and customer experience strategies.
Schedule office hours, travel, meetings, sales support, events and training to maximize in-store effectiveness.
Develop and implement quarterly retail strategies and training programs; communicate with stores and leadership.
Monitor performance and coordinate with Regional Manager to adjust plans as needed.
Plan and execute in-store events to accelerate growth and elevate client experience.
Maintain visual merchandising and stock hygiene per MILK Makeup standards.
