Job summary

Milk Makeup is seeking a Sales & Education Executive to grow in-store Sephora and Ulta sales in the San Francisco area. You will lead training, event execution, and client development while aligning with brand initiatives and retailer guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, high-touch service, and a passion for clean beauty. Travel across the territory and evenings/weekends may be required to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in field sales, leadership or training within retail cosmetics preferred.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel, drive, and stand for long periods; flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in assigned territory to exceed budget through in-store events, education, and customer experience strategies.
• Schedule office hours, travel, meetings, sales support, events and training for maximum effectiveness.
• Develop quarterly retail strategies and training programs; align with brand initiatives and retailer goals.
• Manage call cycles with direct reports; monitor performance and adjust as needed.
• Analyze retail sales and productivity data with Regional Manager to align with business plans.
• Lead in-store events to accelerate growth and elevate client experience; follow retailer guidelines.
