Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking an Area Sales and Education Executive based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this full-time role, you will strategically support Sephora and Ulta doors, reporting to the East Coast Regional Sales Manager. Responsibilities include building sales strategies, managing freelancers, and conducting trainings.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of beauty industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams. A flexible schedule and vehicle ownership are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years beauty industry experience required.
• Working knowledge of in-store retail environment a must.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build sales strategies for assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
• Establish and develop strong relationships at store level with BA's, Store Leadership, and territory DM's.
• Weekly and monthly business recaps of territory to highlight business drivers and opportunities.
