Summary

Provide personalized makeup applications and skincare consultations at a luxury beauty counter, engaging customers both in-store and digitally to build loyalty and drive sales. Create welcoming experiences, maintain product knowledge, and help meet individual and department sales targets. Keep the department organized, appointment-ready, and current with beauty trends and brand trainings.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to build relationships and achieve in-store and digital sales targets using tools such as text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an inclusive, customer-ready environment
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while opening new loyalty accounts
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and product presentation
