Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences and guide customers on their beauty journey. You will help with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, supported by comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to translate product knowledge training into customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Cosmoprof Culture Values.
