Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a full-time Beauty Sales Consultant in New Jersey to help customers in the CVS Beauty zone with personalized service and expert product recommendations. You will build robust baskets, discuss trends, and drive sales in a busy retail environment.

The role requires strong communication, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to multitask. Ear piercing training is provided; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in beauty retail or similar environment.
• Ability to perform ear-piercing (training provided).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish in some stores.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable sales service to customers in the beauty zone to build personalized baskets and drive sales.
• Explain product benefits and usage; participate in CVS Beauty Club programs and in-store promotions to close sales.
• Create and maintain beauty displays and promotional materials; keep the zone clean and well-stocked.
