Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Beauty Sales Consultant in Marlton, NJ to provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty advice and build personalized baskets for customers. You will drive sales through upselling, product knowledge, and engaging conversations in the beauty zone.

The role includes educating customers on proper usage, leveraging promotions, maintaining displays, and participating in events. A strong passion for beauty and flexible hours are important, with ear-piercing services available

Qualifications

Sales-oriented background and ability to upsell and meet sales goals.
Strong product knowledge to advise customers in beauty products.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
Bilingual English/Spanish in select CVS stores.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty sales service in the store's beauty zone.
Educate customers on product usage and benefits and promote CVS Beauty Club promotions.
Create attractive product displays and maintain hygiene standards in the beauty area.
Participate in store sales events and promotions to close sales.
Maintain a professional appearance and stay curious about new beauty trends.
