Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC's Cosmoprof unit is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care or nails and guide customers on their beauty journey.

You will build relationships, suggest complementary products, inform customers about promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and process transactions accurately while maintaining a professional store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
• Ability to work in a store environment with potential exposure to fumes/odors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to customers.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for promotions.
• Enroll customers in the Sally Beauty Loyalty program and complete transactions accurately.
