Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences. You will advise on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, build loyalty, and help customers throughout their beauty journey.

You will learn through training and contribute by recommending products, setting up displays, and processing transactions with a focus on great service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales / customer service preferred.
• Able to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Clear, concise communication with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for promotions.
• Inform customers about and enroll in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values.
• Support various working schedules to meet business needs.
