Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, acting as the advisor on the customer’s journey.

You will build relationships, suggest complementary products, and inform customers about promotions. Strong product knowledge and a passion for beauty are essential; a flexible schedule supports multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
