Job summary

Cosmoprof Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC guides customers through their beauty journeys, from hair color to nails, delivering a memorable shopping experience and expert advice.

You will build relationships, highlight promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and complete transactions accurately while maintaining a professional store environment. Training and growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• Position requires long periods of standing and physical exertion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
