Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and will be trained by Sally Beauty to become the advisor on the customer’s journey.

You will build relationships, suggest complementary products, inform customers about promotions, and help enroll them in the Loyalty program, while maintaining store standards and processing transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
