Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences. You’ll assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, nails, and act as the advisor on their beauty journey.

This role includes training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth. You’ll help with displays, promotions, loyalty enrollment, and accurate checkout. If you love beauty and helping people, join our team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Able to apply product knowledge training to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for promotions.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and address inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
