Job summary

Sally Beauty is hiring a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences by assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will build relationships, recommend products, and inform customers about promotions while maintaining an engaging store environment.

The role offers diverse scheduling, opportunities for growth, and enrollment in Sally Beauty's loyalty program. Training will be provided to ensure product knowledge and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
