Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience. You will help customers with color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, supported by training from Sally Beauty.

Build relationships, promote promotions, and enroll customers in the Loyalty program while maintaining store standards. The role offers a range of schedules to fit different needs, with opportunities for growth and discounts on products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
