Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, guiding them through product choices and promotions.

You'll build relationships, educate customers about ongoing promotions, enroll them in the Loyalty program, and maintain a well-organized store environment. The role offers varied scheduling to fit different needs and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• Standing for long periods and light to moderate physical exertion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
