Job summary

Cosmoprof Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and guiding them along their beauty journey.

You will build relationships, suggest related products, highlight promotions, and manage transactions while upholding Sally Beauty Culture Values and taking advantage of employee discounts and product education.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and guidance across beauty categories.
• Ability to upsell and recommend related products to enhance customer experience.
• Proven ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
