Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our store. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, guiding them through product choices and promotions.

The role emphasizes relationship building, loyalty, and accurate checkout, with training provided to expand product knowledge. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• We have a range of different working schedules and hours to suit everyone's needs.
