Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
- Ability to read and explain product labels.
- Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
