Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking an energetic Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

You will build relationships, educate customers on products, and guide them through their beauty journey with friendly, knowledgeable service. You’ll assist with promotions, set up displays, and ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program while processing transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
