Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to deliver a memorable shopping experience, assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will learn through company training and bring passion and personality to guide customers on their beauty journey.

Responsibilities include building loyalty, promoting products, informing customers of promotions, setting up displays, and processing transactions efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to apply knowledge from product training to support customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
