Job summary

CosmoProf, part of Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver an EPIC customer experience in our Fargo location. You will recruit, coach, and motivate staff, oversee sales goals, budget compliance, inventory control, and safety, while ensuring the store looks its best.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service/retail and 1+ year in sales management, a passion for hair and beauty, and a proven ability to educate staff and customers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals and manage budget, expenses, inventory.
• Lead, coach and inspire team; ensure a great customer experience.
• Uphold safety, security, and company policies; maintain store appearance.
