SalonCentric stores, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, are seeking a full-time Store Manager in Baton Rouge, LA. The role focuses on building a high-performing team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead by example, manage daily operations, and train staff to maintain brand standards while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and employee discounts.

Competenze

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
