Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a full-time SalonCentric Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in California. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, coaching staff, and driving sales while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail leadership experience.
Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
Must be able to work weekends; 18+ with HS Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
Authorization to work in the United States is required; no immigration sponsorship offered.
