Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management.

• Strong merchandising, service culture, and guest experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers.
• Plan and execute in-store events to drive sales and guest experience.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Maintain attendance discipline and policy adherence.
