The Sales Manager will be responsible for NPS, attendance, and leading through Ulta Beauty’s mission and values, while maintaining compliance and brand standards. A dynamic, customer-focused leader is needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient with POS systems and standard office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across retail and service sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and implementing improvement strategies.
• Plan store scheduling based on forecasts and payroll budgets in collaboration with the GM.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experiences and drive sales.
• Review financial and operational reports, store visits, and audits regularly.
• Lead makeup demonstrations and product consultations to boost sales and guest experience.
