Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Coordinate scheduling using payroll budgets and workload planning.
• Analyze financial and operational reporting and act on insights.
• Lead makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations to drive sales and engagement.
• Ensure attendance and adherence to Ulta Beauty policies.
