Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensure merchandise is stocked, and maintain store cleanliness. You will work under the guidance of the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on process compliance and guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are completed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment and inventory counts.
• Maintain outstanding store standards including cleanliness and appearance of sales floor, backroom and restrooms.
