The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process, while adhering to policies and maintaining a professional appearance and teamwork. Flexibility for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales drivers and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain fixtures stocked and store cleanliness; complete tasks as assigned.
• Assist with merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipping processes.
• Follow Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and dress code and protect company assets.
