Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will help keep fixtures stocked, assist with replenishment, inventories, and merchandising resets while following Ulta Beauty’s standards.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to deliver on performance metrics, maintain store cleanliness, and provide exceptional guest service. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or education and experience combination preferred.
• Proficient with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Complete shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Keep fixtures replenished, signed and faced, and ensure testers are available.
• Protect assets and provide exceptional guest service.
• Perform other operational tasks as directed.
