Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and help maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with task dashboards, replenishment, inventory counts, and adherence to policies. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required. Prior retail experience and comfort with basic technology are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and basic technology skills.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort with POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products available.
• Complete shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure testers are available.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices.
• Support flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
