Job summary

Ulta Beauty Hoover, AL is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Flexibility is required to work mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and training in brand and category education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
