Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain cleanliness. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to drive performance, guest satisfaction, and compliant procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
