Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep shelves stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with daily operational tasks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to procedures, and strong teamwork across shifts. Responsibilities include merchandise resets, inventory procedures, and ensuring testers are available while supporting loss prevention and high standards of store

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean, completing tasks as assigned.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance, people, and process.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards; adhere to dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering guest service.
