Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help keep merchandise stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandis e Manager and Operations Manager with daily tasks. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow processes, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Teamwork and strong guest service are essential. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales by keeping fixtures stocked and merchandise available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Protect company assets and provide exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
