Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence in our busy retail setting. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain overall store cleanliness and complete assigned tasks to support sales drivers and an exceptional guest experience.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, follow procedures, adhere to dress code, and participate in inventory and stocking while providing friendly guest service and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are completed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support diagnosis and correction of issues through adherence to procedures.
