Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain overall store cleanliness, and follow procedures to meet merchandising and inventory standards.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to Ulta Beauty policies while supporting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in daily tasks and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboards and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Adhere to company policies, dress code, and execute other operational tasks as directed.
