Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, merchandising, and guest service. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance and compliance goals.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow processes, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Flexible schedule to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocked merchandise and keep store clean and organized.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through focus on performance, people and process.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty tech and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping area replenished, signed and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
