Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in performance, people, and process initiatives.

Responsibilities include replenishment, inventory procedures, and ensuring compliance with company standards. A High School diploma and 1 year of related experience are preferred. Flexible scheduling is required.

Formación

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring til, restrooms, stockroom, and sales floor meet standards.
