Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support flow of operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain store cleanliness. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process while adhering to policies and standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, following procedures, and delivering an outstanding guest experience through efficient replenishment, displays, and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing brand and category training to drive sales performance.
