Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, maintain clean and stocked selling floors, and assist in merchandising and inventory tasks. You’ll help ensure product is available for purchase and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and collaboration with the Merchandiser and Operations Manager. A flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Stock fixtures and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through performance and process execution.
• Ensure shelves are replenished, merch sets completed, and inventory procedures followed.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to dress code and policies.
• Provide exceptional guest service and protect company assets.
