Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Strong ability to drive sales, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Plan schedules using forecast data and communicate needs to leadership.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, ensuring training and coaching.
• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to enhance guest experience.
